Website Refund Policy:

If you notice a malfunction, damage and/or defectiveness upon first opening your package or first use, you are able to receive a refund or an exchange. Before doing so, please troubleshoot and be sure you are operating or using the product as recommended. Try to determine if the package was damaged by shipping/transit. If shipping handling is not an obvious cause of the damage, return the item in the same box. If one of your items that was grouped and packaged with other items is defective, you are welcome to find a smaller box to ship it back in, excluding the other items. After we inspect the item, a refund will be credited back to your credit card. 


All refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. All sales are final on items listed as so on our website, all discounted items and also any seasonal/holiday, bath & body products, boxers, socks, books, jewelry, cooking/ eating utensils, drinkware and food items. 


If you choose to return your item in-person at our Kahala Mall location, you can make an in-store exchange or receive store credit through gift card. Please bring the item, the package, your receipt and packing slip to show proof of purchase. If you choose to return by mail, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You also will be responsible for the return shipping charge. 


Shipping instructions:

  1. Defective Item(s), receipt, packing slip and all contents related to the defective item that came with the original package are to be boxed and sealed securely (preferably in the original package, if not damaged). 

  2. Detail and describe the reason for returning the item and if you desire a refund or exchange of the exact item you purchased on the packing slip provided.

Please allow up to 14 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. The time it takes to receive your new exchanged item may vary according to your location and if we have the same item in-stock. If we do not have the same product in-stock to exchange, we will contact you through phone or e-mail to discuss further actions.
